  • Is the venue ADA compliant?

    We have access to golf carts if you need assistance moving around the property. There are parts of the wedding weekend that will require walking outdoors on uneven terrain. There are wheelchair accessible restrooms. Please alert us of any support needed prior the the weekend so we can accommodate you.

  • Can I bring my kids?

    While we love your kids and agree that they are adorable, all official wedding events are adult-only.

  • Can I bring a plus one?

    If your invitation does not indicate a plus one, we have not planned for you to bring an extra guest.

  • How cold will it be?

    According to weather patterns, year-over-year, we expect the highs to be in the low 60s°F and the lows to be in the high 30s°F. That’s a tongue twister! For any outdoor elements, we will have space heaters, bonfires, hand warmers and extra throw blankets. We urge you to pack your chicest outdoor coats!

  • Is there parking at the venue?

    Yes! There is a parking lot that can accommodate up to 50 cars. There will be a parking attendant at the lot to direct you from the parking area to the venue.

  • Will there be shuttles?

    Yes! We will provide shuttles from a pickup location downtown and the skyline lodge. We will send an email with shuttle invitation closer the weekend.

  • Are there rideshare apps in the area?

    No. Highlands does not have Uber, Lyft, or other ride share apps. Please either plan to drive or take advantage of shuttles. Your safety is important us, so please always have a designated driver.

  • How will food be served?

    Dinner at the wedding reception will be served buffet-style. We will have several vegetarian stations and will accommodate any dietary preferences/allergies listed on your RSVP form.

  • When do I need to RSVP?

    By October 1st. RSVPs will be collected digitally. While you will be receiving paper invitations, there will be no physical RSVP card.
